Flashings & Pressings
PSP have the equipment to design, engineer and manufacture bespoke fabrications in a range of materials such as steel, aluminium to copper, zinc or brass.
As a company we understand the needs for aesthetics as well as the practicalities of site installation, material choice and joint selection is paramount for the success of any bespoke feature or design to which PSP can assist with the process of selection.
Standard and bespoke flashings and pressings are available in various material finishes and in lengths up to six meters long. This is thanks to the impressive additions of a six metre press and guillotine to our factory.
Soffit Panels
Secret fix and cassette profiles which may be straight, tapered or curved to meet the designer’s aesthetic requirements. Provided in plank, cassette or lap profiles in a range of materials including copper, aluminium, zinc and stainless steel.
Bullnose
Accurately formed bullnose and aerofoil profiles using CNC precision machined rolls allowing up to 4.0 metres in length, produced in a range of materials and finishes with secret fix and standard jointing systems. All profiles can be provided with secondary support grids to give tolerance to installers on site.

PSP have the ability and skill to design, engineer and manufacture a range of bespoke fabrications based on individual and unique customer needs using a range of materials including aluminium, zinc and brass. As a company we understand the need for aesthetics and well as the practicalities of site installation and material choice. For this reason we work alongside our customers in order to create fabrications of genuine architectural beauty that are fit for purpose, allowing us to turn architectural concepts into engineering reality.
Specialist fabrications can include anything from perforated panels to bespoke bullnoses, copings or facias.
