PSP Group have two large advanced manufacturing facilities located in Shildon, County Durham – incorporating state-of-the-art machinery and technical equipment.
PSP Architectural has thrived across high-profile industries for over twenty years, providing rain protection systems for hospitals, airports and educational facilities, amongst other sector-specific buildings. Our 45,000ft2 state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has capacity to handle large schemes with the latest manufacturing and fabrication machinery.
In 2014, we expanded PSP Group with PSP Aluminium to develop our manufacturing services. Our Aluminium specialists manufacture curtain walling, windows and doors to the highest quality for maximum reliability, and our 25,000ft² premises neighbours our architectural facility, enabling us to design and manufacture products for fully-integrated façade systems for the external envelope of any building.

ERP
Our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system supports quality procedures to consistently provide up-to-date information and a single point of contact for end-to-end business solutions. This facilitates full traceability of materials and provides real time updates on project status’. PSP work in synergy with supply chains during early design stages to achieve outstanding façade solutions with an array of aesthetic and technical benefits for almost any building. Our systems have been CWCT tested to ensure they meet rigorous industry standards and are resilient against extreme weather conditions.
