CHAIRMAN
Heath Hindmarch
Heath has 35 years experience in the cladding industry, including four years as a Sheet-Metal worker, five years as a QA manager, and a further five years as a Commercial and Technical Manager. This experience inspired Heath to establish PSP in 1998. Heath holds a BSc with Honours in Management as well as professional qualifications in Operation Management and Financial Management.
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Jason Davidson
Jason has over 30 years experience in the Construction industry with a background in external and internal steel glazing systems, which includes fire resistance and security. Starting in the drawing office as an 18 year old, Jason over the years progressed into sales, then into technical and thoroughly enjoys helping Architects and Contractors fulfil their building design, whether that be via specifications, bespoke solutions or product development.

Paul Carter
Responsible for all UK Sales.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Megan Hindmarch
Megan began working for PSP whilst studying Business Studies at College. On completion she worked in Transport and Logistics before re-joining PSP Aluminium as Production Manager. More recently Megan has taken on the role of Business Development Manager due to her passion for the progression of the business and its employees as well as nurturing strong customer relationships.
PSP ARCHITECTURAL ESTIMATING MANAGER
Mike Lupton
Mike Lupton has been with the company for a number of years and with his hard work and dedication has progressed through the ranks and has recently been promoted from Estimator to our Estimating Manager for PSP Architectural.
Design and Technical Manager
Colin McCutcheon
Colin has over 27 years experience working in a design office, 18 of them have been spent working in the glazed facades sector. Colin joined PSP in 2022 and is responsible for improving processes within the design office, providing design leadership, answering technical queries and product development for both PSP Architectural and PSP Aluminium.
PSP ALUMINIUM PRODUCTION MANAGER
Tim Barry
Tim joined PSP Group in 2019 as a Project Lead and has been involved with many of our key clients and projects over the last 5 years. He has over 25 years experience within a manufacturing background involved in numerous sectors. Tim has recently been promoted to Production Manager for PSP Aluminium. He is extremely customer focused and continually strives to improve service and relations.
